LollyZip is honored to be an official partner of NBCF.

Lolly, the namesake of LollyZip, was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. In honor of Lolly and all women (and men) fighting now, we are offering a special product selection dedicating 20% of net proceeds to National Breast Cancer Foundation® to help at every step of the breast cancer journey . NBCF also promotes early detection and provides free mammograms for those in need.

Previous LollyCares Campaigns include:

+  Jesse Shimnoik Family

shimniok-family-photo.jpg

Jesse was diagnosed in July 2014 with stage 4 cancer metastasized to bones and lymph. With conventional treatment, his prognosis is two years.  In addition to the cancer, Jesse has three bulging lower lumbar discs, which have contributed to atrophy in both legs, and much pain. Jesse is unable to work. Perhaps even more worrisome is that Jesse has developed cachexia, muscle-wasting, and continues to lose weight. Cachexia causes over 20% of death in cancer patients, and there is no conventional treatment known.

Jesse is the main income source for the family. Social Security Disability will not assist the family until late spring 2015. The family would like to send Jesse to an out of state treatment center with a success rate for cachexia. As well, the family needs assistance in maintaining ownership of the family home for the sake of their two children who have already had their lives severely impacted by their father’s illness.

When Jill Dybdahl, President, LollyZip, LLC heard this call for help, she sprung-into-action helping with the LollyCares Campaign.  LollyZip will donate 15% of all Ladies LollyZip Travel Kits purchases to the Shimnoik family from October 29, 2014 through November 30, 2014! Orders over $50 will receive Free Shipping! Let’s help this family stay in their home and help fund Jesse’s integrative health treatment! Please use Coupon Code:  LollyForJesse when checking out.
