With Spring Breaks happening now and warmer weather around the corner, the itch to travel is on the way. I love to travel, but packing has always been the least favorite part and causes worry. It took me some time to figure out how to pack the necessities without overdoing it. I can safely say that I have mastered how not to over pack. I can’t say that I’ve mastered traveling with toiletries yet. The TSA guidelines do not do us any favors, but we must be safe while traveling, so we must abide by the rules.

Executive Q&A: Jill Dybdahl gives firsthand advice to potential inventors

Illinois native Jill Dybdahl comes from a family of engineers.

Her father, Dale Brinker, is a tool-and-die engineer, and, as children, her brothers Kirk and Doug Brinker were interested in mechanics. So, she said, discussions at family meals involved a lot of around-the-table tech talk.

“We didn’t talk Barbie dolls,” she said. “We talked Popular Science magazine.”

Dybdahl’s parents moved to Wisconsin while she was in college. Her father purchased Del-Tool Co., 640 Commerce Ave., Baraboo, which is now owned by her brothers who, like their father, are also tool-and-die engineers....

Robert and Mary Carey, producers and hosts of Rudy Maxa's World syndicated radio show LOVE LollyZip and JDZip Travel Kits! Mary and Robert interviewed me on the Saturday morning radio show which reaches 260 commercial stations and 1.4 million listeners!

Mary Carey tests new travel products while on her many trips. She then shares product reviews on the radio show. When it comes to LollyZip and JDZip, Mary was not able to find comparable quality products so rather than giving product reviews of various travel kits, she and Robert invited me on the show as a guest to talk only about our travel kits! So very nice of them.
